I am a musculoskeletal and women's health physiotherapist. Specialising in assessing and treating patients with Gynaecological and Obstetric conditions.
Delinda qualified in Physiotherapy in 2007 from the University of Hertfordshire. Prior to this she completed a BSc (Hons) in Exercise and Health science through Portsmouth University. Her career begun in the NHS completing her junior rotations in various physiotherapy disciplines including Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedics, Neurology, Respiratory and Community. During this time, she became a certified Pilates instructor through the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute. Delinda then moved to Milton Keynes General Hospital to specialise in Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic conditions. She has spent the last 16 years in both the NHS and private practice, treating adults with various conditions ranging from acute soft tissue injuries to chronic persistent pain. Within the NHS she worked as a specialist physiotherapist in both Musculoskeletal and Women’s Health.
She undertook specialised training to assess and treat patients with Gynaecological and Obstetric conditions and is a member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapists. Seeing the issues that mums can face in the post-natal period, Delinda completed The Mummy MOT programme in June 2016 and continues to provide comprehensive post-natal assessments.
